When creating images for the website make them all 940px x 626px in dimension. After uploading the site will take care of the rest of the images sizes you’ll need. Keep in mind the server is creating all the images for you so they may not be available right after you’ve uploaded them. So if you go to a post and only see part of an image then wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If you adding a lot of pages at once then it could slow down the image creation process so please be patient. Call us of you think your having a problem.

What you’ll want to do is create all the product categories as sub-categories under Products. You do this by going to Posts>Categories in the left hand column. There you’ll have the ability to add categories. Once all your categories are made start copying and pasting.

Adding an image is a bit more tricky as it has a 2 step process. You’ll need to upload the files to the Media manager. Once uploaded you’ll see a “show” text link. Click the link and details about the image will open. Look for file URL and you’ll need to copy it. TIP here is to open a simple text editor(not WORD) and copy paste all the URL’s into a document. This will keep you from having to go back and forth. Once you have all your images uploaded start adding them to your products.

To add an image that will be used on the featured home page and the single product page paste the image url in the Image URL below this block. If you want to create a image gallery on the product page add all the Image URL’s in the “Post Sliding Image” field.
